Himma is a UAE recruitment platform with a clear purpose: help people of determination find fair, lasting work. Job seekers create a profile, search for jobs that suit their abilities and needs, and take training courses that make them more employable. Employers use it to reach new talent and build more inclusive teams. We designed and developed the Himma website and its mobile app for iOS and Android, so candidates and employers can use the platform from any device.

Himma wanted one place where people of determination could find suitable jobs, apply in a few taps and keep growing their skills. It also had to be the place where employers who believe in inclusive hiring could find them easily.

Every part of the platform had to be easy to use for people with different abilities, without feeling like a separate or simplified job site. We kept layouts clear, steps short and text easy to read, and built filters that let each candidate find jobs that fit their needs. On top of that, the website and the app had to serve three experiences at once: job seekers, employers and a course catalog.

UI and UX design
Website development
iOS and Android app
Job search by location and disability
Profiles that work as a CV, with Easy Apply
Employer accounts and job posting
Courses with certificates
Interview scheduling and rescheduling","banner_1":false
Inside Himma

Himma is live on the web, the App Store and Google Play. Candidates can search jobs from employers in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Al Ain, apply with their Himma profile and book training courses. If an interview time does not suit them, they can ask for a new one, all from the same account.

["GET
