About the project
Himma is a UAE recruitment platform with a clear purpose: help people of determination find fair, lasting work. Job seekers create a profile, search for jobs that suit their abilities and needs, and take training courses that make them more employable. Employers use it to reach new talent and build more inclusive teams. We designed and developed the Himma website and its mobile app for iOS and Android, so candidates and employers can use the platform from any device.The goal
Himma wanted one place where people of determination could find suitable jobs, apply in a few taps and keep growing their skills. It also had to be the place where employers who believe in inclusive hiring could find them easily.The challenge
Every part of the platform had to be easy to use for people with different abilities, without feeling like a separate or simplified job site. We kept layouts clear, steps short and text easy to read, and built filters that let each candidate find jobs that fit their needs. On top of that, the website and the app had to serve three experiences at once: job seekers, employers and a course catalog.
